The LSSU focus is on undergraduate students, small classes, one-of-a-kind academic programs, and a hands-on approach to learning. The school offers a wide range of academic programs led by faculty who collaborate with students in and outside the classroom. LSSU is located in the beautiful Upper Peninsula, just 45 minutes north of the Mackinac Bridge. Our international setting bordering Canada and North America's largest fresh water lake is an area rich and varied for the year-round outdoor enthusiast.
